The Swiss School of Business and Management Geneva has kicked off the academic year with the commencement of several key courses on our Geneva campus. As students eagerly return to their studies, they are diving into a variety of subjects that will set the stage for their future success.
One of the first courses launched was Project Management, led by Professor Mario Sabba, PhD, where students are learning essential project management frameworks and methodologies that will equip them to lead successful projects across different industries.
For both BBA and MBA students, Dr. Ruby Bakshi Khurdi is leading the Human Resources course. Students are exploring the strategic role of HR in organizational success, gaining insights into leadership, talent management, and the importance of cultivating a positive workplace culture.
Third-year BBA students have embarked on their Entrepreneurship journey with Professor Hulya Kurt, where they are encouraged to think creatively and develop innovative business ideas. This course emphasizes the importance of entrepreneurial thinking in today’s fast-evolving global economy.
A highlight for many students is the Capstone Project, conducted by Professor Dr. Meskina Olesya, which represents the culmination of their academic efforts. In this course, students are tasked with applying the knowledge and skills acquired throughout their studies to tackle real-world business challenges. The Capstone project offers a hands-on, practical learning experience, allowing students to showcase their ability to solve complex problems and propose actionable solutions.
As the new academic year unfolds, these first classes are setting a strong foundation for students’ growth and development. We are proud to witness their enthusiasm and commitment as they engage with their coursework and prepare for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
